Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?
Your data is backed up every 30 minutes. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk fails nothing will be lost. Our uptime is over 99%.

Is Timeoffmanager secure and confidential? Where is the data hosted, and is it safe?
Your information is kept safe and secure, at all times! All our servers are hosted and professionally managed by Contegix. We also use HTTPS to transfer data from your computer to our servers, so all communications are encrypted to ensure privacy.

Can I export and take my data with me?
Definitely. It's your data. You can easily export your data to CSV. To export your data, simply login into Timeoffmanager as an administrator, and from the menu, go to Tools -> Export Data into CSV

Can Timeoffmanager be installed on our own server?
No. TimeOffManager can only be used as a hosted solution.

Can you add customized features only for me?
Everyone who uses Timeoffmanager uses the same version of Timeoffmanager. While we won't create a separate version of Timeoffmanager just for one company, you can always submit a request for a new feature, and if we think it's something that other companies could use, we'll gladly add it for everyone.

Are there any signup fees, termination fees or hidden fees we should know about?
Absolutely not. We don’t charge any signup fees, termination fees, or additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you've chosen.

Can we pay for Timeoffmanager a year in advance? Do you accept POs or payment by check?
Our preferred payment method is definitely by credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), but in certain cases, we do accept checks or wire transfers. In these cases, subscriptions must be paid 4 months at a time. If you decide to pre-pay for 1 year, then we will offer a 10% discount.

How often is Timeoffmanager updated?
Timeoffmanager is updated as new features are introduced. New features are introduced almost every few weeks. Our Change Logs will be updated every time we introduce new features. All new features are included in your monthly subscription price.

If we upgrade, will we be billed twice in the same month? What will happen if we downgrade?
When you upgrade, you are instantly upgraded to the higher plan but you will only be charged the higher rate on the next invoice. When you downgrade, you are instantly downgraded, but you'll only begin paying the lower rate on the next invoice.

I can't login into Timeoffmanager. The login page just reloads, and it's not letting me in. What am I doing wrong?
It's probably because your web browser doesn't have cookies or javascript enabled. In order to function correctly, Timeoffmanager needs both cookies and javascript enabled in your web browser. Why does Timeoffmanager's graphical layout seem improperly ordered since the last time I logged in?
From time to time, we change font size/color, the layout of certain information, amongst other changes. The reason why you see everything improperly ordered is probably caused by a browser-caching issue.

To remedy the problem, you might have to force reload your browser. To force-reload your browser on a Mac, hold down the “option” key and click the reload/refresh button in your browser. On a PC, hold down the “shift” key and click your browser's reload/refresh button.

As an employee/manager, how can I change my password?
Once logged in Timeoffmanager, click the "Edit" link beside your username, in your profile box. In the following screen, click the "Change" link to change your password.

Do you integrate with Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook?
Yes. Your personal calendar is exportable in the iCalendar format, which is used by a lot of popular calendar systems, such as Google Calendar and Outlook
